Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Sam's Flight Club is a flight deal alert membership service. We identify unusually discounted airfares using flight search data, validate them, and send instant email alerts to members.

We are not a travel agency, booking platform, or OTA. We do not book flights, issue tickets, or complete purchases on your behalf. All bookings are made directly with airlines or third-party booking providers.

2. Membership and billing

• Membership includes a 7-day free trial followed by an annual charge of $59.
• Your payment method is verified at signup. No charge is made until the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
• After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year.
• Billing is processed through Stripe. Your card details are never stored by us.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, contact us at billing@samsflight.club and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

4. Deal accuracy and pricing

We verify every deal before alerting you, but flight prices are dynamic and can change rapidly. We do not guarantee that any fare will be available when you attempt to book. Prices shown are verified at time of alert and may have changed by the time you view the deal.

Sam's Flight Club is not responsible for changes in fare pricing after an alert is sent, for booking errors made on third-party platforms, or for the cancellation or modification of flights by airlines.

5. Email communications

As a member, you will receive deal alerts and transactional emails. You may unsubscribe from deal alerts at any time. Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, you must do so from your account billing settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute deal alerts or membership access
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent billing

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software associated with Sam's Flight Club is owned by us. You may not reproduce or repurpose any content without permission. Flight data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any deal information. We are not liable for any losses arising from bookings made based on our alerts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sam's Flight Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
